About this unit

Our Condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Phoenix Towers and like all of the units in the gated complex you have an ocean view and will be able to enjoy the sunrise each morning from the balcony.

This unit has two bedrooms and 2 baths. The updated kitchen is stocked with all you'll need to cook your meals for the days you spend in, rather than out.

The spacious living/dining area looks out over the balcony and ocean for a beautiful view of the Atlantic and the Singer Island coastline.

Vacation Rental Rates

Please note: The Condo Assoc requires a minimum 30 day lease agreement. No weekly or daily rentals less than 30 days are permitted.

January through March: $3800/month
April, May, and October through December: $3600/month
Off-season June through September: $3300/month

Long-term rates available. No pets. No smoking. Max occupancy is limited to five people per unit.
